What you should know before you go
An afternoon session, 13:00–17:00, in the circuit car park, built for learning the basics: a skidpad, a figure-eight and a pylon course. Capped at 15 cars; the organiser was still reporting open places on 21 Sep. Not on Central’s own event list, which shows a kei-car festival on the road course that day.

About Central Circuit
Getting there: Taka-chō, Hyogo (多可郡多可町) — inland from Kobe, roughly an hour by car; no station within walking distance
Circuit fees: Gate ¥1,000 per person for the full day 7:30–17:00 (free for junior-high age and under), and it changes for events. Track-running fees are set per session and per licence class, published on the circuit’s own four-wheel licence and event pages rather than as one table
