What you should know before you go
One of the few grassroots days that openly courts spectators: the organiser says visitors who only want to watch or take photos are very welcome. Held in the drift area behind the grandstand. Gate 7:30, drivers’ briefing 7:50, running 8:00–16:30 across four layouts, from a skidpad and figure-eight up to a full pylon course of about 12 cones, with short beginner-only skidpad sessions in between. Around 25 cars, first-timers to advanced; a driving licence is required. Runs in the rain and is postponed only if the circuit closes. The road course hosts a grip endurance race the same day.

About Central Circuit
Getting there: Taka-chō, Hyogo (多可郡多可町) — inland from Kobe, roughly an hour by car; no station within walking distance
Circuit fees: Gate ¥1,000 per person for the full day 7:30–17:00 (free for junior-high age and under), and it changes for events. Track-running fees are set per session and per licence class, published on the circuit’s own four-wheel licence and event pages rather than as one table
